Unfriendly to Use

I just want to be able to login and open doors. Instead the app asks you to generate an “IQ” and pin for each door and if you ever get a new phone you have to go through the whole process again assuming you still have your old phone. I wonder what the “IQ” is of the person who thought this was a good idea.

The reason why you have to activate the IQ again on the new device, has been implemented for security reasons. It might take more actions from your end, but on the other hand we provide you with a security in case your old mobile is lost/stolen. Additionally, if you do not have your old phone at hand, there is still a way to activate IQs on your new device for which the site admin has to reset your PIN first via the webapplication in

Latest version not operable

The app was already bad. Now it is unusable. The one remaining functionality I had, Mobile Key, is unavailable.

It’s a joke!

Good luck with changing your phone! It won’t activate on the new one. It keeps telling you it is activated on another phone! What a joke

You are probably referring to IQ activation. This has been implemented for security reasons, however, there is a simple way for activating the IQs on your new device:

1. A site admin can reset you PIN via the web application on
2. Once this is done, you can activate the IQs on the new device.
