Problème d’inscription
Il faut songer à ajouter le volet passeport pour les documents à télécharger sur l’application. Je suis ivoirien mais vivant à l’extérieur. Le seul document que j’ai est mon passeport. Quand je m’inscris, ok me demande de télécharger une photo de ma carte d’identité ou mon attestation d’identité, deux choses que j’ai pas vu que je ne réside pas en Côte d’Ivoire. Essayer svp, de rajouter cette section passeport pour ceux qui sont ivoiriens mais étant à l’étranger et n’ayant que le passeport comme document unique. Merci
Mécontentement
Lorsque vous proposez des services assurez vous de les procurer efficacement. Vous nous proposez de transférer de l’argent vers Orange Money à travers l’application mais pourquoi faudrait-il attendre une éternité pour réaliser la transaction? Le service client accuse le réseau, mais nous savons pertinemment que c’est un problème de l’application. La page ne s’actualise pas, le réseau n’y est pour rien!
Revoyez votre application, trop de bug, vous nous proposez uniquement Orange money sur téléphone et uniquement MTN MONEY sur ordinateur?
Actualisez votre répertoire d’opérateurs mobiles, il y’en a d’avantage.
L’application est très utile mais ces situations sont très dérangeantes et la décrédibilise.
