Account Activation issues.

Received my debit card after a month of opening this account. Now activation seems to be a problem. Agents won’t pick my calls just some robot which keeps talking till my airtime finishes. Can’t even create an online login with my debit. Error everywhere. What’s the meaning of all this ? Why’s your customer service so whack 😡

Menu Bar at top left corner

Awesome app and makes it possible to do almost every needed thing at the banking hall but It is difficult touching the 3 lines for the menu at the top left corner on an iPhone 13 pro max. Not so sure about the other versions.

If the Menu button can be maximized, that’ll be great!

Account Menu Needs

The bank app update has been excellent and it shows the desire of StanChart Ghana to lead in the technology sector amongst banks in Ghana. However the account in the main menu could use a change in design to make it more appealing and user friendly, but besides that really pleased with the update.
