The negative side is about their help services 👎
I tried to transfer 400Gh from mobile money to my account by using the app but unfortunately the amount was deducted from my account but
I didn’t receive any payment at all,
And I tried to complain to the customer support team on WhatsApp, instagram, facebook and I also tried their toll free number but they can’t help me to get my money back 😢
So all my advice is that, when you see or done any mistake about your money just move on because you can’t get it back 👎

Work on the up well
I just downloaded the app and I’m trying to register but nothing seems to be working.
I’ve got to the point immediately after taking the selfie where I’ve been asked to review my details below but the sad thing is there’s nothing there to be reviewed and whenever I click next, the response is invalid account number whilst there’s no medium provided for me to give my account number or even the mobile number or email…smh… too much drama
Allow email verification and not just number
I’m trying to create an account but I cannot proceed because I don’t have access to my Ghana number. It’d be awesome to allow verification via email for people outside of the jurisdiction.
Hopefully this works soon.
