Barcode not readable and card number input claims invalid clubcard number.
The app does not scan my card barcode and the manual input of my card number does not work. I even ordered a new card, thinking it might solve the issue. Not working and still ‘invalid card number’. What is the issue here??
Tried to use in Ireland
When I installed the app it said I could use it in other countries. However, it didn’t recognize my number and did not find stores in Ireland. Waste of time.
Can’t input club card
Scanner doesn’t work and inputting number doesn’t work either
