In this version, Enquirers can now choose more than 1 location, branch or department for an enquiry where in previous versions the choice would be 1 or all. Furthermore, the limit of maximum 10 locations, brances or departments is lifted and an organization can now add a virtually unlimited amount of all three in the organization structure. Lastly, a bug that kept the app from sending messages to signal that a Flag was raised, is eliminated.

In version 2.2, Locations/countries, Branches and Departments are no longer limited to a maximum of 10 each. Furthermore, organizations can use their own library of standardized questionnaires for benchmarking purposes.
