You open a social app for a second and lose two hours to the feed. ScrollOut trades that time for something else: walking to a real place.
The apps you choose stay locked. Every time you walk to a park, a café or a viewpoint nearby, you earn minutes to use them. Your screen time is outside.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the apps to lock (this uses Apple's Screen Time framework)
2. Pick where to go on the map. Take today's suggestions, filter by mood or walking time, or tap any place you can see on the map
3. Walk there and check in when you arrive. The distance you walked becomes minutes you can spend
The minutes are fixed the moment a quest starts. A detour or a run will not change them.
FEATURES
• Destinations nearby — parks, cafés, viewpoints and more, suggested fresh every day within walking distance
• Everything on the map — the route, the distance left and the minutes you will earn. Turn-by-turn navigation hands off to Apple Maps or Google Maps
• World — your total distance walked, retold as 20 real routes: bridges, parks and pilgrim paths around the world
• Progress — level, streak and totals by period
• Only two kinds of notification — when your remaining time first drops below five minutes, and before a free trial ends
• 10 languages — Japanese, English, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese and Simplified Chinese
PRIVACY
No account required. Your location, your quest history and your app usage stay on the device. They are never sent to our servers.
SUBSCRIPTION
Starting quests and earning screen time require an auto-renewing subscription. The map, spot details and history stay open without one.

The price for your country or region is shown before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A plan with a free trial becomes a paid subscription automatically when the trial ends.
Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before the current one ends. You can cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
