SeamlessMD is an application designed with your healthcare provider. The program is an interactive step-by-step guide to help you navigate your healthcare journey. You will get real-time reminders about tasks you need to complete. For example, you may get reminders about what kind of diet you should follow, which medicines you should take, or what appointment you need to go to. You can complete health checks that will let you know if you are on track. Based on your answers, we will give you custom advice on how to take care of yourself. Great App/program!
This program keeps track of all vital signs while also tracking sleep and mood swings. It advises if/when to call the surgery team. It is monitored by the surgery team and if needed the team will call you if there is questionable data. Worked great and now I have made it to my one month follow up with my surgeon. It is like a coaching program for those recovering from OH surgery.
Usefulness post CABG
Very helpful program in answering questions regarding care after major surgery. Gives good advice regarding activity, diet, and what to expect. I also found it useful in providing reassurance that what I experienced in the first few weeks was normal considering the surgery I went through. The most difficult part of recovery is accepting the fact that it just takes time.
Best thing ever!
This is an amazing tool for patients. I used this after surgery and it was very helpful for the doctor to receive information on how I was doing and for me to gain information on what I should be doing.
