TOP FAQs:
1. Wealth clients and Gold Circle members enjoy unlimited free InstaPay fund transfers.
2. Your login credentials on the old app won't work. You’ll need to register again but your saved favorites and scheduled transactions should be automatically migrated together with your other accounts. You just need one account to register.
3. Enable notifications to ensure successful registration.
4. Make sure your device’s date and time settings are set to automatic.
5. Newly opened accounts may take a few days to appear on the app.
6. Once you register to the all-new Security Bank app, your access to the old Security Bank apps (version 1 & 2) will be deactivated within 24 hours.
7. Shared access to Joint “OR” accounts can be managed by all account holders if they register to the all-new Security Bank app.
8. You can still access the web version via laptop or desktop. For your additional security, you must download the mobile app to authorize web logins and approve transactions on the web version.
9. Joint accounts are auto-synced but only Joint "OR" Accounts can be viewed in the all-new Security Bank app. Joint “AND” and Joint ITF accounts are not eligible for online enrollment.
10. For your security, you can only enroll one mobile device at a time. This ensures that only your designated device can authorize web logins and transactions, providing an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access or fraud.

- Quick Balance: Check your accounts and balances safely without having to log in.
- Offline Soft Token: Authorize your web transactions and logins from the app even when your phone is offline.
- Simplified Bills Payment: Search, view, and schedule your recurring billers.
- Card Control: Set daily budget alerts and lock/unlock your credit cards anytime.
- Transfer Money: Send or receive funds to your own accounts, other Security Bank accounts, and other banks via InstaPay. You may also set recurring transfers and send remittances.
- Mobile Top-Up: Reload prepaid mobile phones on-the-go.
- eGiveCash (eGC): Make cardless withdrawals or send cash to loved ones with our eGC-enabled ATMs.
- eSecure Savings (eSS): Open up to 10 accounts and save for specific goals like trips, bills, emergency funds, and more.
- In-App Notification: The all-new app will now have a Notification Center where users can receive and view in-app notifications regarding the status of their online fund transfers and bills payment transactions.

App needs to send an email for successful fund transfer

With the previous apps the system sends an email whenever I make a successful fund transfer. Your new app only sends a text message

Dont offer mobile app unless it works

Was able to sign up my account then I was on the pin part and it gave me an error message that cannot set it up because I need to turn on my notifications. My notification was turned on but it still gives me that error. I tried again, same error. I tried the 3rd time and my OTP arrived after 5mins and still did not work. Seriously, if you cannot make something work, please do not put it out there. Im fine signing in online on a website than getting a mobile app that gets me so frustrated just to check my account. And yes, I have screenshots because I will send an email complaint to customer service. I don't have high hopes that it gets fixed anytime soon.

The app is the only way to remotely access your account. You cannot go to the website and login. The app does not function properly and will not allow you to confirm certain functions, like account to account transfers. This has been a problem for many months and it is still not fixed. So, you are required to drive to the bank and wait in line, to perform these functions. This is completely unacceptable.

Does not work! Tried sending the OTP several times. All information correct but won’t send an OTP.Update: the link you sent in your response does not recognize any digits or characters under the Registered Mobile Number. It won’t let me submit any tickets. I spelled out my number, used digits, removed the plus sign, use both US and Philippine number but it still says: Please enter a valid value. The form is not complete and has not been submitted yet. There is 1 problem with your submission.
