The app works!

The app works extremely fast notifies you as soon as something is detected. However, I’m not sure the cost of the app outweighs what the app does. I don’t seem to have an issue at home and work. A few times that I might park in a place where I’d keep my cameras on just doesn’t seem worth the price. I would say if the price was more reasonable in the 40 to 50 range I could see having this app. Maybe add other features to bring up the value of the app.

Vandalism Suspect Caught on Camera Thanks to Tesla & Sentry Pro App!

Hi SentryPro Team,I wanted to reach out and personally thank you for creating such a powerful and effective app. Yesterday, I used the Sentry Pro app to get real-time notifications about suspicious activity near my Tesla. Thanks to your app, I was alerted immediately to vandalism happening right outside — my car and another vehicle were being "keyed" with a box cutter.While I wasn’t able to catch the suspect in the act (although Tesla Sentry did), your app gave me the chance to respond quickly and attempt to locate him. Multiple Tesla Sentry Mode cameras captured footage of the suspect, which I’ve now turned over to my local Police Department while filing a police report, as well as the local news stations here.I just wrapped up a TV interview and mentioned the Sentry Pro app during the interview with one of the local TV news station here. The story aired today during multiple time-slots, will air again this week, as well as it posted on their site - and I wanted to make sure you knew your app played a critical role in raising awareness and helping document this incident.I downloaded the app the other day, but didn't actually start a free trial until yesterday (go figure - that's exactly when the vandalism happened), but canceled the free trial before I was alerted about the vandalism incident.I will purchase a full year now.Thank you again for building such a useful tool. It truly made a difference.Thank you for existing.

I have been using this app for several months, this Saturday it stopped connecting to my Tesla, no fault of their software, I rebooted my Tesla and it connected and worked great again. However, I contacted them Saturday morning, before I rebooted to ask for help. By Saturday afternoon early I received an answer. It was already running by then with the reboot I did but I thought I would not hear from them until Monday. Very prompt and quick reply even on a weekend. Very pleased with everything on the app, I even purchased the lifetime membership. Don’t want to have a Tesla without it. Thank you for your amazing support! And amazing software, it does everything it promised and more.

As an immediate alert service….not bad. But for the lifetime subscription it would be much better if “when you tap on the alert” would take you exactly to the actual corresponding sentry clip in Tesla app, not just the app overview, where I have to tap on “view clips”, then look for the one on that particular time. Can it be done, I don’t know, but the Sentry Pro people could know. Just a suggestion, I will gladly change my review if this is planned down the road or if it is implemented and I am doing something wrong. Thank you
