Not as intuitive as follow my health
Change management is important. So while I got plenty of reminder emails that this switch would be happening, very few helped to show me how to access tried and true important aspect of follow my health—like adding my child’s account, setting up appointments, accessing my medical records.
And only 5 years of medical record were going to be moved? Good thing only 5 years of my life’s medical history matters 🙄

I downloaded this app with the hope it will allow me to start accessing my health plan on my phone or iPad. This app is easy to use and looks great. I love I can request an ID card directly from the app.
