See the crime reported along your route before you drive it. ShieldNav gives you three routes (Safest, Fastest, and an Alternative) so you can pick the one that fits the trip.
• Each route shows its ETA, traffic delay, and how many crime incidents were recently reported along it
• Tap an incident to see what happened, when, and how close it was to your path
• Parking Safety checks the area around your drop-off before you arrive for crime incidents and gives you the details
• Crime Radar keeps you aware of nearby crime incidents while you drive
Crime data covers Chicago, Schaumburg, Downers Grove, and Hanover Park, IL. Navigation works anywhere. More cities will be added to our coverage list in the future.
ShieldNav does not predict crime or guarantee your safety. It only gives information based on crime history.
Premium starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews monthly or yearly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage it in your Apple ID settings.

Smoother, more accurate navigation:
Clearer highway directions. Better guidance at exits and highway splits, with no repeated announcements.
More accurate position on the map. Your arrow keeps up with your car better and stays on the road you're actually driving, even after a reroute.
Smarter rerouting. ShieldNav notices sooner when you've left the route and gets you back on track.
Start from where you are. Navigation now starts from your current location, and you can pause a drive.
More reliable maps. The map recovers on its own if it has trouble loading.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
