We of­fer 3 sub­scrip­tion plans in­clud­ing Month­ly (1 month), Quar­ter­ly (3 months), and An­nu­al (12 months). Un­less can­celed or auto-re­new is turned off 24-hours be­fore the end of the sub­scrip­tion term or the 7-day tri­al pe­ri­od; you will be billed au­to­mat­i­cal­ly at a rate based on your cho­sen sub­scrip­tion plan at the end of the free 7-day tri­al or on your sub­scrip­tion re­new­al date.

Love this workout app

I have struggled to find a good workout app and I’m also the type of person where I can loose interest quickly. About 2 years ago I joined Orangetheory Fitness. It was great it got me on track with fitness and it was something I can stick to because it wasn’t boring. Every class was different. The only thing that made me quit after about a year was it was very expensive and it was adding up. I tried to find a way to have that Orangetheory style workout at home. I tried other apps including the popular Sweat app but wasn’t able to stick to it. Something was missing. When I saw the ad for the shock app I downloaded it and was like ok let me give this one a try for the free week. I was hooked after a couple days. I was so happy that this has been something I was looking for. I have now stuck with a routine workout using this app for about a month now. I know it’s still a short period but it feels like an app I will stick to for a while. My only suggestion for any future updates is for some moves I look at the alternative move I wish there was a way of when you begin the workout to have the alternative show so that way you don’t have to remember back at what was the alternative move for this one? I hope it makes sense. But otherwise it’s a great app. I already recommended this app to my coworkers who are trying to get back in shape and can’t go to the gym because they have small kids.

It’s exactly what I needed

I have nothing but great things to say about this app. I wanted something that was under 30 minutes, a combo of cardio and strength, with a focus on all parts of the body and this app delivers. I can adjust the workouts based on what I am focusing on and my ability level. There’s endless weeks of workouts, and some of the moves get repetitive but that doesn’t bother me at all. It’s simple to frills which I love. It requires minimal equipment which is great for home workouts. No cheesy motivational speaking, just great simple workouts with timers, beeps to trigger new rounds and connectivity to my music. The best part is that I can bring my routine with me wherever I go and I can do these workouts even in a small hotel rooms. Best part is that the price is SO reasonable for the number of workouts you have available. My only watch out is that if you are looking for a more cardio focused workout routine, this probably isn’t your jam. If you get your cardio from running or through another app and you want to supplement with weight training, this is the one for you. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Love the Apple Watch Integration!

I’ve been working out for years and I’ve used SO MANY apps. SHOCK is my new favorite!!! I actually bought an Apple Watch just so I could use the heart-rate feature in SHOCK and get feedback during my workouts…it def worth it. This app has 4 levels with workouts that are full of variety. I had to change my training level from level 4 to level 3, I found level 4 to be too hard, but level 3 fits me perfect! I workout from home 80% of the time, SHOCK is very adaptable to your environment whether your at home or have a gym membership.

The app gives you a heart rate goal for each circuit, at the end of each circuit the app tells you whether you met your heart rate goal, and, if you didn’t, it even provides you feedback to help you during the next circuit! I LOVE the challenge workouts, each challenge offers a lot of core exercises, I can already see a difference in my abs! I’ve taken progress pictures each week and can’t wait to look back at my change in 8 weeks!
