Highly Recommend - Cancel Your Gym
Alexia Clark is unlike any other program and fitness plan app I’ve used!!! I’ve canceled my gym membership because this works so amazing at home. I’m so happy with the results in my strength, my discipline in my accountability with myself, and the online social support of queens!! Finally a program that works and is in sync with how my brain and body works!! It’s an amazing program please join us! You will not regret it at all! I’ve been working out at a gym since 2016 and started out doing my own thing. I was never an athlete and worked out for health but it has become a lifestyle for me. In 2017 to 2020 subscribed to a few highly popular fitness apps to guide my gym workouts. After trying multiple programs I went back to doing my own thing in 2020 because the apps were not user friendly, the nutrition advice was horrible, and the workouts were often repeated and got boring. Then Covid happened and I couldn’t go to the gym! While I considered going back to the other fitness program apps i tried before I decided not to because they just weren’t sustainable. This Alexia Clark app is the best decision I’ve made. It’s sustainable realistic works for all levels and just makes so much sense! I’ve been using it consistently and always look forward to it. Love it so much I had to leave a review
I just wanted to write a review for the people who are unsure or on the fence about joining AC &. I was obsessed with my local gym for 3+ years and always told myself that I would never be someone who would be able to follow an at-home or app-based program, even though I was a personal trainer at the time! When COVID hit and my gym closed temporarily, I knew I had no other option and had been following AC’s Instagram for a while for inspo. I was hesitant bc a lot of what she posts on IG seems very complex, but the app and daily workouts are quite easy to follow. With options for the beginner or the expert, anyone can hop on at any level and progress in many ways. The results I have seen and felt are amazing and I’ve not stepped foot in my gym in over a year - I’m talking results I never saw after years of exercise classes at the gym. The queen team, results and variety of exercises keep me extremely motivated and excited to work out. AC I also fairly accessible and personally responds to all emails/inquiries, she also tracks the FB page and always incorporates people suggestions regarding exercises / app issues. I just wish there was a way to track workouts daily whether we did the one from that day or not.

It’s the best app so far as I have been trying many other workouts and apps all over the world for almost two years . I keep on preaching about Alexia Clark whenever I travel as I sincerely feel that she’s my own personal trainer worldwide .
