Easy to navigate app. Great products and selection. The check out process is not that great. Being a repeat customer it does not show my history for orders, it knows who I am, with the correct billing and shipping addresses, but does not allow me to choose a separate billing and shipping unless I enter the billing address again a second time, even though it was already there in my account address selection. Otherwise it is a great way to get great product.

App is nice..... but it wouldn’t let me log in. So I tried to reset my password, to which it said that there wasn’t an account associated with my email. That was odd since we’ve bought from Monin for years and used the app numerous times. Soooo, I went to the New Customer section. Filled out all info, to which it then told me that there was an account already associated with my email. After about 15 minutes of doing things like closing app and reopening and trying to log in again, I gave up and checked out as a guest. Not sure how I’ll ever get this glitch straightened out.

The app itself is clear and easy to navigate. But I only gave 4 stars because it seems like not all the flavors are listed. (Or maybe I’m just crazy?) Also, I think having a separate page just for recipes (and categorized by coffees, teas, cocktails, sodas, desserts, and food for example.) I personally found myself having to go through several reviews to see if the flavors I was looking at had been used in lattes before.

Super easy to navigate, all available flavors pop up whenever you search and fast shipping - I never run out of my favorite syrup or purée! There is always a deal for free shipping if you purchase a certain amount or a deal for buying 4 bottles instead of 1 and that makes the cost lower than you’d expect. I can easily order, look up recipes or just browse for new flavors using the app - it’s great!
