Better than my last lock & app but……

Everything works great except that you can’t lock the door from the keypad or your fingerprint. You can only lock the door from the app (we don’t use the keyfobs). That’s sort of inconvenient when your hands are full and you’re walking out the door. You have to grab your phone and open the app and go through an extra step or two to lock your door. They really should be a lock button that automatically locks it if you tap it or you should be able to lock it with your thumbprint if the lock is unlocked, it should automatically lock it with your thumbprint. Those are my suggestions. Other than that, it is wonderful! It’s quiet the battery lasts forever and we lock our door at least two or three times a day and unlock it two or three times a day. One other big, big big suggestion I can make is, it would be absolutely top-notch if they would make an iwatch app for it therefore, I wouldn’t have to pull out my phone every time. I definitely recommend this door knob/lock and app!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Honestly I saw some bad comments saying it don’t work don’t buy it blah blah blah but for me personally it worked just fine I didn’t have any problems or issues whatsoever it worked great got my pin my fingerprint and the card working just fine it was easy and simple didn’t take longer then a min im very happy and pleased with this App and with the product of course
