Need Update
Please update this. And Make it more usable
Useless don’t waste your $$$
Bought 2 trackers online and wasted my money. Downloaded the app and tried to set up account but kept getting errors. Tried emailing them no such address. So I tried to just go ahead and activate tracker but unable to because you need a 2G SIM card. Finally found a 2G SIM card online bought it and turns out the card only can be used in Spain. Trackers are useless....if I could give them negative stars I would.
Please update the App, it’s so buggy!
It’s been years since it was last updated, the App is full of bugs, design flaws, features that do not work. I respect that the map itself is decent and spreads across the screen which really feels nice on a phone like 11 Pro Max but those icons at the bottom needs real attention, either move them or make them a bit smaller; more intuitive and user friendly.
