Easily book reliable child care providers near you. Families, churches, schools - find child care providers for every need.
All providers are required to clear a background check to use the app. In addition, view sitter badges for certifications and experience from organizations you know and trust.

Post the details of your jobs for sitters to view and apply.
* VIEW APPLICANTS *
Sitters will apply based on availability, distance, and the rate you set. You will only view applicants who are interested in your job.

Select the provider you like best. Receive notifications as Favorite sitters apply.
* PAY & TIP *
Pay and tip providers after each job right through the app. It’s easy peasy.
* REVIEW *
Review sitters and select your Favorites. Favorites will be notified whenever you post a future job.

App is convenient
I love the chat feature the most. It is definitely an upgrade from the previous app. As a sitter, it makes it easy when you can tap once in the app and see what jobs you have that are confirmed and another tab where you can review all the jobs you can apply to. It’s a one stop shop for sitters to effectively apply for jobs and communicate with the parents!
Unreliable and non-inclusive
Both the app and the sitters can be extremely unreliable. I’ve used this company for ten years, and as they’ve grown, the quality has suffered immensely. If you’re a married couple needing a date night sitter, this will probably be fine. When the sitter cancels last minute, you just cancel your date. But if you’re a single mom who needs childcare for work, and your sitter cancels last minute, you don’t get to go to work or buy groceries. Sitters cancel in a majority of cases. And the app might just show you an error rather than notifying you that you've been canceled on.
Of course this all assumes you can get a sitter in the first place. With the new the choose-your-rate feature, this platform favors dual-income households who can pay more.

I love SitterTree! They are so easy to work with and friendly. I’m a substitute teacher and as there aren’t always jobs available to pick up, there is always something to apply for in the SitterTree app. I have met and built relationships with so many people and businesses. I always look forward to upcoming jobs. Best of all you get paid within 24 hours.
