Come on, Skyla! Get it together
I was hopeful, I thought that they had fixed the random log off issue that’s been plaguing this app for a long time, but with the latest release, it’s gotten even worse.
I’ll be in the middle of a remote check deposit, checking my balance, or about to pay a bill, and suddenly, I’m logged out, ejected back to the login screen! Please get this fixed. It’s annoying!
Other things in the app work well, but this is really a PITA. Please spend time on this and get it fixed!

Mobile App/Zelle Option
I have been having so many issues with receiving and requesting payments thru Zelle which is now thru Skyla mobile app. I had the Zelle app on my phone which was working fine until I received a message from Skyla saying I can now use Zelle thru the mobile app. I followed the steps by enrolling my phone number and email etc. But every time someone is trying to send a payment it says failed on their end and my end in the activity log. It’s very frustrating; because my husband banks with a known major financial institution and he’s able to send other people money that banks with other institutions and not Skyla. Oh and when I open the zelle option thru the mobile app it will keep saying internal error; duh I know that!!!! I called Customer service on a Saturday evening and of course they tell me that someone will give me a call Monday morning for that department; and if I try to delete the mobile app and then go back to the zelle app itself it’s going to ask me to find my bank and I’m back at square 1 not working.

Miss the old version
Ever since this app has been updated it has honestly been terrible I always keep my passwords saved in my phone everytime my Face ID doesn’t work and I have to login physically it never works and I always have to change my passwords just for those to never work the next time this app and honestly the bank itself has just gone completely downhill and I’m just considering changing banks I never had issues until this banked changed from credit union into Skyla and I thought it would be a good change and now I’m struggling to keep up with my app and I keep getting locked out of my account because of it overall disappointing for Skyla users if you have another bank please just use that app this one chooses who to work for.
