Could be better
The customer service is ok but the app could be better with less crashing and server errors. I was over 10 min late to my appt due to server errors and having to call multiple times to get help.
Server issue
Application is completely unusable, due to the persistent server errors which seems others have faced. It looks as though the developer isn't making progress in addressing this issue, as the app has not been able to be used for sometime, your better off deleting the application and going with a different sleep monitor application competitor, at least their application would make it pass the intro screen.
Disappointing and useless
The app supposed to have Face ID to logging but it doesn’t work. I have to log in manually every time. When I get email that I have a message from sleep charge to login to app to look at message I can’t never find massage. Application is useless for me, been waiting for an update to see if it fix problems but nothing in the last 3 months. It just takes space in my phone.
