Where can past winners be seen? Why such a limited way to get questions answered?

Hello, Overall I like Slips, but I do have a few concerns. Where is there a place to see all or any past large winners? I have no idea if anyone who won a significant amount was paid out to. Also, how are large winners notified? What is the procedure? Where can they retrieve the actual paper ticket? Or, how does it work? Also, why is there not a way to live chat or ask questions? Or a contact phone number? If there is these things? Where? For example, a slips charge is made initiated by slips, maybe I don’t recognize the timing of the yearly fee, or maybe didn’t see my balance has ran low, where can I get a calming quick explanation of these sort of charges? Hi, thank you for your feedback and awesome ideas! Slips charges both a convenience fee and a payment processing fee. The convenience fee is for you to be able to receive your tickets digitally and not have to go to a physical store. The processing fee is for you to be able to use modern payments like Apple Pay, credit cards, PayPal, and more — instead of having to go to a store and pay with cash. Also, be on the lookout, as we always give away free tickets in emails and on social with promo codes like FREESLIP. These you can redeem right in the Slips app! So far so good

Well, I like it a lot so far and if I’m able to withdrawal my winnings to pay pal and how long it will take or if I get anything as t all is yet to be seen. So I will keep everyone updated . Although, I don’t like the website it could have been ALOT better! And I can’t find where to subscribe so that I can getby lottery tickets and pick my own numbers. And I can’t even find where the lottery ticket is and it’s numbers etc for the free ticket they give when you sign up…🤨
And I can’t find where I would even pay for the subscription if that’s what they’re saying u need in order to get lottery tickets…? I’m seeing red flags 🚩 and yes I won against someone else and they added it to my balance but that’s totally different from “cashing out thru pay pay which I’m not getting a good feeling about, so I’ll keep ya posted and download at ur own risk but don’t count on it . I would advise staying with the games u know pays etc. everyone’s time is precious and especially if it’s a waste of my time going to ppl that are scammers…
