Was referred through the VA to them due to wait period for new patients and so glad they sent me this way! My therapist, Dina, is kind and caring. Listens to your concerns and forms a plan to best assist you on your way. Amazing job.

App: cannot message any therapists or check past messages, keeps removing my insurance info? I keep getting overcharged as a result, and the app becomes useless when I keep having to reach out from the website.

Support: Wanted to change therapists, and I cannot specify any preferences. I wanted a black woman w/ ADHD and grief support specialization. App allowed me to only
Input specialization interests and I placed “want black woman” in the additional comments section. They matched me w two white women. I call them, and though I am the 3rd caller I am in queue for two hours and they hang up once they have closed (never was seen). I emailed support and asked for a BW w/my specialization preferences, I receive a black man w/ my preferences and two black women without my preferences. Seems like they cherry-picked my request and I felt unheard and frustrated. Contemplating moving to another platform if the situation does not quickly improve.

My therapist was awesome. I was suffering from multiple issues. She made sure that the therapy sessions covered important topics for me.
The platform and business side of Sondermind are not good. I had technical issues. I would have to change my password weekly. Yes, I know it was right. I had it written down, saved and in my notes app. Finally, they made Face ID available. I have emails of asking them if my account was up to date. I asked multiple times for a bill for Crime Victim’s Compensation documentation. All of a sudden, I get multiple very generic texts saying money was paid. To who? What? I disregarded it as spam. I find out it was Sondermind by a message from my amazing therapist. I start checking in to things and at 4:34 there was an email saying they would begin deducting. They started at 4:54. 20 minutes notice. All very frustrating. Communication between platform and customer is not good.
