SM SenderApp is for used for sending SchoolMessenger Communicate messages by district or school personnel.

It doesn’t work and PowerSchool doesn’t care!

Based on reviews from over a year ago and my recent experience I’d say this app is junk. I’ve reached out to support and got the stale answer another user got a year ago “we are aware of it” … then either fix it or pull the app from the store. Our users are frustrated and our support team is tired of your canned answers.

Doesn’t Work

This app hasn’t been working correctly since the spring of 2023. SchoolMessenger/Intrado are aware that it hasn’t been working because I have had an open help ticket on it since the spring of 2023. Poor customer service for sure!

Can’t even sign in

At the sign in page, it asks for username, password, and customer name… it does not ask for country at all (the previous app did). Well I can’t sign in because my username, password, customer name AND country, don’t match.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the new app. On the Sign In screen there are three dots next to the words "Sign In", this is where you can access the country selection, SSO or Standard login and the language of the app. I apologize for the confusion.
