I like the fact that I can monitor the frequency that my sump pump cycles. However, this app leaves much to be desired. Many times when I open the app, it just spins like it is locked up. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and reinstall it. The first time is an abnormality. After that, it has become a pattern that I don’t like. This needs to be fixed to make the app more stable.

We are going back through old reviews and hoping to see if we can check in with previous dissatisfied users. We are wondering, have you seen the more recent updates to this app, and how's it going now?

I thought this app. Would give me important information about how my system worked. Also if it malfunctioned it would perhaps notify me. NO all this app. Does is collect your personal information to sell it to 3rd party’s. I’m extremely disappointed and feel let down. This system was THOUSANDS of dollars …..!!! I most certainly expected more. Don’t bother filling out your info. Once the have it they are going to sell your information. I’m sure people are going to pay them big money for people that just paid Thousands of dollars to get their basement water proofed. If I could give it a ZERO star I would. This is not the first negative review. It’s obvious this company does not care .

The app started out working well, but after the iOS update it’s like it broke or something and there were a ton of issues. I called the tech support number and they said it was going to be fixed and to make sure I do the update as soon as it’s out- I was pretty skeptical but it actually worked and now it’s better than before. I love this system again!
