Thanks for the feedback. This update shouldn't have changed the settings but to be sure, please make sure your "phone" notifications are on, and then each notification to be on for SMART tag. Frustrating linking glitch
I downloaded the app and entered my son’s information. At first, it said “student found” and showed that he was linked. But immediately after, the app acts as if there are no linked students at all. I’ve tried logging out and back in, reinstalling, and even checking my account details, but nothing changes. This makes the app unusable for me, since I can’t actually access my child’s information. Hoping the developers fix this issue soon — it seems like the link works for a second and then disappears.

Broken
I added my son to my account. Checked today and said no student was linked. Tried to add him again, and then it said no student was found. Shut down app to and reopened it and it is just stuck on “loading.” Deleted the app entirely and downloaded it again and guess what? Still “loading.” WTH
