No night screen
I wish the map turned into a black background at night, otherwise the app is way better than Sygic. Sometimes it kicks you out when it looses internet connection but that’s easy to get back on track. I like how there is no massive download to tie up device storage like Copilot and Sygic. It took hours to download these apps only to find to many mistakes in the maps. I need to be accurate and down to the minute on my routes. Night mode please!!! Other than that I would recommend that the user use an IPad with its own phone/data connection like I do.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. Delighted to hear that the app is easy to use. We recommend that you use the built in Apple function of "triple click" home button to turn all screens to "smart" night mode for now. We are working however to build in an automatic night mode feature directly into SmartTruckRoute. Second Year, Don’t Renew
I’m an OTR truck driver. The first year I used the SMART TRUCK ROUTE I used it as a back up and it was worth the money spent. I renewed this app thinking I would receive the same service. My mistake. About 2to3 months in, app was not pulling up addresses. I called the phone number I renewed with and with attitude was told after purchasing, that I needed APP VOL 2 cause my iPhone was dated. This should have been disclosed from renewal of APP VOL 1 wasn’t going to work anymore. After updating it worked sometimes, most often not. Now this app refuses to work period. I can type in a frequent address used, it says error. When I try to get an address to an Alabama Walmart, it pulls up the Atlantic Ocean. I would love to have the product that I started out with. This second year with this product has been a total flop. Do not get this app if you are a trucker and need dependable gps. You will be sorry. Would like to talk with support, but if it’s not an issue they have listed in their F&Q your out of luck. If your company would like to offer support, you can reach me at my email.

To many bugs
The app could be nice since its looks like google maps but it has too many bugs all the time!
Sometime it shut down by itself, you cant listen your music in the same time than the app, it took me in an no truck area at Chino CA so I reported to them with picture and gps location to improve the map and 4 weeks later I came back at the same area and same mistake It took me back to a no truck zone nothing changed!
you cant zoom in and out with 2 finger like google map, and especially when driving no way to zoom in and out to see the global map
It could be nice but for now too many littles thing that make it difficult to use everyday
Happy I only took one year and no more!
