Major Update Resolved Issues

There was a pretty substantial update to the app late last year sometime that fixed many of my issues and complaints with the app. Our company utilizes this platform and has done so for about 3 years now. Pre-update the platform was really bad, but since then it's been complaint free. It gets the job done and the team has no complaints at this time.

Crashes too often & iOS 16 Update issues

Ever since I updated to iOS 16 callers are hearing an echo of them souls and are having a very hard time communicating with me. This needs to be fixed immediately.
Also, this app crashes all the time. Mostly, when you are trying to make a phone call. It’s really frustrating. I agree with the rest of the reviewer‘s that the end user options are limited and need to be revised to be more user-friendly. Unfortunately for me I have to use this app because it’s the one my company uses for phone calls. Disappointed.
