No sign-up, no account, no questionnaires. Open it and start counting. Your counters, streaks and history stay on your phone. TRACKER Track sobriety or consumption, several things at once if you need to. If a reset comes, your best streak is kept. You can backdate the start. MIKE Mike has been through addiction. His answers are in the app, and an AI puts them into conversation. Ask in your own words. When Mike never covered something, it says so instead of making it up. Messages are not stored. GROW Short reads and videos on how addiction works, what to do with cravings, and how to talk to the people around you. At your own pace, no tests. HELP Crisis lines one tap away, a directory of counsellors and clinics, and a map of support near you. No ads, no paid placements. SobApp is an educational and supportive tool, not a medical device.
