Description
A new version of Sofia VAC (1.5.0) is available on the App Store for your smartphones and touch-screen tablets.

FIND AN AIRFIELD
Find the aerodrome or helipad of your choice by his name, ICAO code or directly on the map. Filter the airfileds according to the length of the runway and the nature of the surface.
CONSULT FRENCH METROPOLITAN AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION
Consult VAC maps easily from a dynamic map.
Personalize your consultation by displaying the airspaces of your choice - TMA - CTR - SIV - FIR, P - D - R zones, or even the various VORs and VFR points. Manage your preferences: aerodromes or heliports - French or English - Automatic map updates.
YOUR VAC MAPS WITH NO LIMIT
Download geographical tiles and the VAC maps of your choice on your tablet in order to consult them at any time, even offline.

You can see your dataset's date.
You'll be notified if an update is needed when openning the app.
You are informed of the updates that need to be made for each VAC map on your tablet.
What’s New
Version 1.5.0
A new version of Sofia VAC (1.5.0) is available on the App Store for your smartphones and touch-screen tablets. The SIA mobile application for flight preparation includes the following new features :
- Overhaul of the filter module (new layout, active filter indicator, new filter).
- Introduction of an altitude filter enabling you to select a slice of airspace which will only display the associated air volumes (SIV, TMA, CTR, R/P/D zones, etc.).
- Display of LTA and UTA (respectively lower and upper control regions), CTA (control regions) and OCA (oceanic control region).
- Display of sporting and recreational air activities.
- Improvement to the search module, enabling any Sofia VAC information to be found and highlighted, whether or not the corresponding layer is activated (option to be selected)
- Other minor technical fixes in preparation for future versions.
We hope you find these improvements useful. Several other features are still being studied or developed.
