You have to buy this app! Well it's free but you have to buy everything! Like seriously this is supposed to help you and all your doing is wasting money...

Workouts tailored by position

This app is great in that it allows you to choose a workout based on the position you play in the game. Hitter, 1st base, Pitcher, etc. Great options!

Do not get the app

I got the app and you can’t do it you have to get the free app and when you get it it wants you to pay it will not let you work out until you pay and not worth
