Ratings and Reviews
Really love this app
I’ve used this app for years and love how simple it is yet provides so much information. And I love that it has a widget! I work outdoors and reference the widget all the time for when sunset and last light are so I know when I have to clean up. The widget is the same as the main app - tons of info layed out in a very simple and easy to understand way - no scrolling around or having to navigate through multiple screens to find what you want. It’s all just right there on one screen. I just downloaded the update and I couldn’t get the widget to show my location anymore, I emailed the developer and they got back to me right away, turns out it was my own user error 🙃 but was impressed with their very quick response and help.

Thank you so much for your support. It really means a lot to me.
Awesome app and support!
This app is perfect for any event you need to know about times for sunlight. Perfect for photography and the curious. Setting alarms is great because you can set them to alert you before the event actually happens, giving you time to prepare. I love that, especially for getting great photos during golden hours.
The support is amazing, too. The developer worked with me on an issue, troubleshooting and even made a new version for testing.
Turns out, it was just the typical reinstall of the app that was required, like so many other apps I’ve had. But his patience and dedication were above and beyond what I ever expected. Awesome!! Thanks again!!

Sorry that you had some difficulties getting the alarms setup. It turns out even on iOS deleting the app and reinstalling it fixes issues occasionally. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Default location is Antarctica
I purchased the annual subscription because i gauge my work by first light and sunrise, which this app showed accurately and effortlessly on my part, on previous Apple Watch. Watch malfunctioned so Apple sent a replacement. Now the watch won’t show Los Ángeles settings for anything. Instead it showssome undisclosed place where first light is at 9:05PM, sunrise at 9:40PM, where the sun sets at 9:44AM and last light is at 10:19AM. Are these the Solar details for Antarctica or the Arctic circle? Who gives a -_*#? Apple says they might only license the subscription to one Apple Watch and my replacement might need to be taken up with the developers.
I went to the App Store to reach out to the developers only to get a message saying thewebsite linked to the app might be acting as SOLAR WATCHto steal my personal or financial information and i cannot reach out to them. So i guess i am poo-poo out of luck and this is a loss all around.

Hey, the best way to reach me is the feedback button in the iPhone app. It literally sends an email to me directly with some debug information. Can you please check if the location issue on the watch improved with the 1.42 update? Sorry for this and thanks for your patience.
