With as much money as these people steal from you for drug screens you would think they would have a half way decent app, nope. It doesn’t background update correctly so you don’t get alerts for new messages and the process they charge you should be criminal. I ordered myself time drug screens all the time from Labcorp just to show that I was clean. I would pay $25-$30 for them, on here? $60! I would order quarterly hair follicle test to also prove my compliance. They were $150 adding the Suboxone test, and on here? $300?!?! It is ridiculous. You would think if they are going to bilk you out of hundreds of dollars a month they could at least have a good app but no their app is good for nothing but checking in daily. Anything else and it is just easier to get on the computer.

Imagine being required to use an app to prove your sobriety (especially in my case where I never had a drug or alcohol issue but for job purposes must be completely sober for a year) and you are already bitter about having to wake up early to check in to see if you will be randomly screened and the app fails. The month the app crashed before I could check in at least 3 times before successfully checking in and for the past two days it’s in a cycle of crashing and you can’t check in at all and have to check in via other methods. This app makes me wanna grab a swig of whisky.

The "resend fax" option does not work which is a problem because the testing sites are not receiving an authorization form & are refusing to let me test because of it - this is costing me time, money, and a lot of embarrassment having to leave work early or get there late multiple days in a row because of being turned away, not to mention a lot of anxiety. The testing sites hours are inaccurate/not updated - one location was completely closed which I only found out after driving 30 minutes to get there. So much anxiety and frustration. :-/
