The app is ok when it works. However it crashes on opening about 50% of the time. Worse than that, it crashes after passcode or face id and asks for passcode or face id again and again in an endless loop. The only fix is to restart the phone. This can be especially annoying if you are in a hurry or if you have already signed into a meeting and are trying to end the meeting and get credit while it starts the loop behavior. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

With as much money as these people steal from you for drug screens you would think they would have a half way decent app, nope. It doesn’t background update correctly so you don’t get alerts for new messages and the process they charge you should be criminal. I ordered myself time drug screens all the time from Labcorp just to show that I was clean. I would pay $25-$30 for them, on here? $60! I would order quarterly hair follicle test to also prove my compliance. They were $150 adding the Suboxone test, and on here? $300?!?! It is ridiculous. You would think if they are going to bilk you out of hundreds of dollars a month they could at least have a good app but no their app is good for nothing but checking in daily. Anything else and it is just easier to get on the computer.

Not that this review is likely to change anything (you’re probably forced to use it if you’re reading this). But the app crashes on opening literally 50% of the time; you have to reopen it to get it to work. The UI to log attendance takes too many clicks for something that is mandated to be used so frequently- should be a button on the landing page rather than the rarely used inbox.
