Fast and easy to discover new sounds and beats
The way you can use the ai feature to quickly find compatible sounds in an arrangement is cool. I hope the devs expand that. This gives you a some easy search and preview capabilities, and I use it to like and collect samples to use later. The app has evolved a lot since I first got it and the features are getting better with each release. Great app!

I’ve just started using splice in the last month. My boi Bolo Da Producer put me on to it, and I am having a ball. I was alittle intimidated by how much selection they have, and how to chop the samples. Once I saw the create button, that was the game changer!!! You can get creations you would have never thought were possible. Only thing I hope they do is, make a better algorithm for the HIP HOP style!!!! The TRAP style is on point. I made a few TRAP beats off of the CREATE. You have access to so many possibilities with CREATE! Try listening to a track, and hit CREATE next to it. It will blow your mind!!! Also, please make it easier to see the PACKS that you see on the “on-line” version. But other than that, it’s fire!!!

A few more features please
would love a few more layers to really dive into a full loop for later subtractive arrangements in my daw. the ability to play a loop only half or a quarter of the time would also allow for a better arrangement.
i was snobby about using stacks since release but now i realize the benefit in creative restrictions, and it’s nice to be able to work from my phone for a change of pace, in bed or on the go. really can beat writers block and give me a growing pack of starting points.
would like to see the key were in too. i like that there seems to be some rhythm matching when selecting samples. sample pack matching tho, it seems like once i get a lot of samples added you only pick from a few packs out of the tens of thousands you have.
