SprawlSpace is the all-in-one team management app built specifically for wrestling programs. Coaches, assistant coaches, parents, and wrestlers stay connected and organized from the first day of the season to the last tournament — no spreadsheets, group texts, or paper forms required.
ROSTER MANAGEMENT
Keep every wrestler's profile up to date — weight, age group, grade, USA Wrestling number, win/loss record, and status — with contact and emergency information stored securely and shared only with the right people.
SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE
Post practices, tournaments, and meetings with recurring event support. Wrestlers and parents RSVP, and coaches track attendance and check-ins right from the event.
PAYMENTS & FEES
Track team fees, tournament entries, and other charges. Record partial payments, mark items paid or waived, and always know who still owes what.
EQUIPMENT TRACKING
Issue singlets, headgear, shoes, and other gear to wrestlers and track what's been returned.
TEAM CHAT & ANNOUNCEMENTS
Send team-wide announcements with priority levels so nothing important gets buried, and keep the conversation going in channel-based team chat.
TOURNAMENT RESULTS
Log placements and match results per wrestler right alongside the event, building a season-long history automatically.
DOCUMENTS & GALLERY
Share waivers, forms, and team photos in one place everyone on the team can access.
ROLE-BASED ACCESS
Owners, managers, coaches, assistant coaches, parents, and wrestlers each see exactly what they need. Sensitive information like medical notes and contact details is only visible to coaching staff and linked parents — never the whole team.
SYNCS WITH THE WEB
SprawlSpace works alongside our web dashboard, so coaches can manage the team from a phone at practice or a computer at home, with everything staying in sync.
Whether you're running a youth club, a high school program, or a competitive club team, SprawlSpace replaces the scattered group chats, spreadsheets, and paper sign-up sheets with one app your whole team actually uses.
