Widget doesn’t work
I can’t approve time off requests. To access time off requests you have to click the notification bell, but the bell doesn’t indicate that any notifications are there so you would just have to check randomly. Doesn’t make sense. The only app you can approve time off requests through right now is Square Team. Not great having to have Square Team, Square, and now Dashboard just to get everything done.
Fix please
I’ve been using Square for staff scheduling, but it’s only accessible in its full capacity on the desktop site, which is incredibly inconvenient. While they offer a separate app for creating shifts, it doesn’t compare to the functionality of the desktop version. Square has even advertised the option to “request an app version,” so I was excited when this app launched, hoping it would solve those issues. Unfortunately, every time I log in, the dashboard won’t load, and the screen is completely unresponsive. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times with no luck. Please fix these issues so this app can finally deliver on its much-needed purpose
Make 52 weeks the standard!
Every time I open dashboard I have to click 52 weeks ago. A Saturday sales does not equal Saturday sales a year ago. Never has never will. Why can’t I forking make 52 weeks ago the standard. Make it a setting. Got the new dashboard, installed it, no option to choose what it’s up or down from. Is it a year ago? Last week? 52 weeks? Promptly hit the - to throw it away. If you polled restaurant owners who care about their finances what they’d want, I’d venture to guess over90% would choose 52 weeks.
