FastSTAART (Stockton Takes Action Against Retail Theft) Community-Powered Tool Against Retail Theft, is a free incident reporting app. This app allows the community to anonymously report, and submit evidence (photos and/or videos), to protect local businesses and create a safer shopping environment.
