GoodPeople StaffAdmin is a staff shift booking system, designed for deskless Staff and helps them to manage their shifts and availabilities more efficiently, in less time, and with greater accuracy. The platform allows the HR team to recruit job seekers in real-time. The clients can create or make a booking request and shift coordinators distribute customizable shifts (assign the change) to staff, and communicate with staff. The accounts team manages staff payroll and invoices the clients.
The app simplifies shift booking to distribution in a click, duplicate, drag & drop, and bulk actions. The company (agency), staff, and client will be able to oversee the execution of shift tasks and shift status updates, notifications, and all the information they need in real-time.
Staff basic functionality:
The staff's basic functionality includes updating profiles, changing passwords, updating availability, accepting shift requests, seeing booking Lists, GPS to the client location, time Log (clock-in and clock-out), timesheets, chat with the client, and reviews.
Client basic functionality:
The staff's basic functionality such as updating profiles, changing passwords, adding unit Locations, making a booking request, adding a favorite staff, seeing booking Lists, confirming that the job is done, seeing Staff timesheets and invoices sent by the company (agency), chat with the client, as well as reviews.
