Experience complete control of your appliances from anywhere. Remotely preheat your oven on the way home from work, update ice settings for a party, or start your dishwasher so it’s finished at the perfect time. At home, you can control your appliances with voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Wherever you are, you’ll have the confidence of knowing when someone has left the refrigerator door open, the oven has preheated to the right temperature, or the dishwasher cycle is done. You’ll never run out of dishwasher pods, rinse aid, or refrigerator filters and cartridges again when you set up auto replenishment—the app tracks consumption and reorders for you. Use and care videos for each enabled appliance help you get the most out of your investment, and the app monitors ongoing performance for improved diagnostics in the event you need service.
Sub-Zero Refrigeration
• Receive notification for a door left ajar
• Change temperature set points
• Change refrigeration mode (Normal, High Use, Short or Long Vacation, Sabbath)
• Change icemaker mode (Night Ice, On, Off, Max Ice)
• Toggle air purifier on/off
• Monitor the remaining life of air purification cartridges and water filters; the app will auto-replenish at the right time

Tad Bit Wonky
I’ve recently changed my phone number since installing the app. It doesn’t allow me to change my login information for the two factor identification. It has my old phone number with no option for updating it. Called customer service but the only suggestion was to create a new account.. I expected a better resolve, especially since I no longer have the same phone number.

Actual temperature notification would be helpful
We recently had a compressor failure in our 2 year old refrigerator. The temperature was 60° inside the refrigerator when we returned from an extended time away from our home. If we had been notified of an increase in temperature via the app, then we would have had an indication of a problem and we would have arranged for someone to come to look at it and remove refrigerator contents until it could be repaired. The only thing we can see in the app is the set point which doesn’t really help when you can’t see the actual temperature in the unit. This app could utilize the built in WiFi just like EcoBee and Nest thermostats do on their apps. Subzero’s WiFi app is letting its customers down.

Frustrating to use
The newest version of the app is more stable, which is good. I have a fridge, feeezer column, 2 wine fridges, and the dishwasher. I receive alerts ok, but the real frustration is controlling the accent lights in the wine fridges which, to me, is more useful than receiving an alert to change a filter. Turning the lights on works maybe 10% of the time, and when they do come, the app never turns them off! Also, when the lights do turn on, there is a very noticeable delay, like the command is being processed by some archaic piece of equipment. I only imagine that it gets bricked which is why the off command doesn't work. Nice appliances, awful app.
