Ratings and Reviews
It would probably be a good idea to REMOVE this app and link to any APP on your website—because it does not work. And if it does, the developer should learn how to provide a way to use app because it does not work with either method 1) email 2) link to web url.
App developer reached out to attempt to customer service review left behind, and here is my response to you: You don’t need a reviewer to specially email you. You need to simply read the review left behind.
Simply identify what contracts you hold, which can’t possibly be many since the system does not run well on the app. Then paste in the website you claim goes with company to see if it works with app. Then use email test account with company to see if it works. This is not rocket science. Testing and retesting app. *don’t just reply to reviewer and ask for special email, do the work. Ensure your app works; otherwise, pull it off—it’s embarrassing to have that many bad reviews. It’s obvious no one is checking the app and making improvements, as it still runs the same as when I attempted to use it last year—it does not work by pasting in website or with email method.

There are other levels to accessing the app besides entering an email address or the site URL. Is your company site setup for mobile access? Is the user a mobile enabled user? Without knowing who 'red panda teacher 2001' is and what company they work for, we are unable to determine which of these factors may be stopping you from accessing your corporate site.

Every time I get a training via email and am stupid enough to try and use my cell phone to access it all I get is a endless circular game of download the app request then the app opens and then I open the app which sends me to the same damnable page to download the app. When I enter my email it goes “Whatchu talkin about Willis” your email isn’t registered. Well then how can I do this, crap training nonetheless, from my laptop? App is trash and should be deleted. My solution is to open my company link on my cell phone, then in my web browsers options I select “request desktop site” and just do it from the desktop version…and somehow, my email works just fine this route. I open my required courses, a second window opens in which an error screen appears and no course can be seen. I close this window, open the previous window and it asks if I completed the course in which I obviously select “yes” for wasting my time and the course is off my to do list. I didn’t learn a thing but I’m compliant nonetheless. Thank you SumTotal, easiest courses I ever took. For that I’ll give you 5 stars.

What a terrible waste of time!
I am wondering if the dev team spent any time on debugging because otherwise this could be a functional app.
The amount of frozen screens and lost progress was immensely obnoxious and when I’m on the clock to finish the trainings on this platform I have to justify my use of time. It would often reset and then I look like I’m not spending time in a module…and then I have to do it over again from the start.
DELETE THIS APP AND USE YOUR BROWSER.
