Transfer requests made in person or by ATM are unlimited.

This App is most reliable. It’s helpful to have access to do your banking at your finger tips. I check my accounts at least 5 to 10 times a day. I appreciate the work they put into provide this access. Thank you. I am especially thankful that I’m able to check my FICO score. It keeps me mindful to manage what I can control in my finances to keep an excellent score. PLEASE NOTE ***** PLEASE NOTE I would like to be able to have an immediate text alert every time there is a purchase or payment transaction made as a debit/credit. Please design and offer that feature like other financial institutions. Thank you. Again, please provide the feature for immediate ALERT whenever there’s a transaction made on my account. Whether online or in person, whenever my card is used, I’d like to get a notification/an alert. That will make you MORE COMPETITIVE. Thank you.

The worst banking app that I’ve used. Organization of topics is unintuitive and the app is clunky and slow. The option to pay a credit card bill using another bank is hidden and buried 5 menus deep (home -> view activity -> information-> more servicing options -> make a payment). It is not accessible where it should be, i.e., where the other payments are, in the “payments and transfers” menu. USAA is the gold standard for banking apps and has so much more functionality while still being easier to use. I recommend that AAFCU use USAA’s developer rather than reinventing the wheel, especially since the wheel they reinvented is shaped more like a square than a circle. 12/19 Update In the most recent app update they changed the location and look of the payment options but you still have to drill down 4 levels to make a card payment from a non-AAFCU account. Took me an extra 10 minutes to pay my bill with the changes. It’s like an Easter egg hunt to pay my bill and I’m totally perplexed that someone thought this was a good way to organize an app. 7/20 Update Still have to drill down for levels to make a card payment from a non-AAFCU account. Please make an easy to find and clearly labeled payment button like almost all other apps have.

As far as paying your credit card balance is concerned, you can pay the balance under the menu options Payments & Transfers > Pay Cards & Loans. App over web site

I have the app on my iPad. This means I Can Not access the AAFCU website because once you sign-in to the website you are taken to the app interface. So wanting to work on the webpage isn’t possible. And there is no link to click on the app to bring up the website. I asked a helpline person from the online chat what I can do? I was told to erase the app! Only then could I go directly to the website. Ridiculous! I believe in security for online and phone chat. But the number of questions that must be answered is silly. Further, a great number of AAFCU members travel. We leave our devices in hotel rooms, unlocked bins, and have them stolen. To authentic a device leaves many of us vulnerable so we are left with one option: unauthenticate. Isn’t there a middle ground for those of us who travel?
Who ruined to cheque payment page? You went from a very user friendly page where you could touch each area of the Cheque. To a less user friendly version with links and hidden links. Now? Now it’s just awful. Can’t wait for the next downgrade.
