Not the best, but working on it
Well why did I give you a 3/5 star? , well it’s not because of your employees (they are great), it’s not for your updated app ( nice) it isn’t even because we fly in outdated planes to our destinations ( made it), but it seems to resonate with the general (Canadian) population that you are the bottom of the heap in travel industry, normally I’d say you are midrange, ( not as good say as air transat) but this was a trip as in one other trip in the past where Sunwing didn’t pay for the exit fee to the DR.
Our other incursion was to the DR and it also did not include the exit fee, but at least you included a glass of champagne on the flight
So it appears you may have to join the rest of the carriers and include the silly exit fee with the price,
Maybe this will help your image with the traveling public, oh yeah we are not Canadian
Poor service
Flight WG538
This was by far the worst plan ride my husband and I have ever taken in our entire life. The size of the seats are ridiculous and you should feel ashamed of yourselves thinking all men are 160 pounds and 5 foot 7. There were three of us in our row and it was the most uncomfortable akward seating arrangement we ever had. The stewards on your plane were no where to be in sight for out garbage pickup - making me me have to annoy the passenger on the side of me to move so I could go throw out the trash! I'll be surprised if you don't have anymore complaints from this trip - but it could be maybe they're all just happy to be off that plane! We will never travel with Sunwing again and when people ask for opinions we will be more than happy to share them.
I'm sure this will just fall on def ear and you won't do anything about it!

None of the buttons function anymore, All functionality was removed in the latest updates
