Conduct through payments, transfers, and check deposits with just a few taps. Quickly sign-in using Touch ID® or Face ID®. Apply for new accounts, become a member, or find your closest ATM or branch.

• View your balance(s) without signing into the app.
• Deposit checks without visiting a branch or ATM.
• Turn on/off SWACU Debit Cards.
• Schedule and view transactions, transfers, pending deposits, and bill payments.

To sign in to mobile banking, use your SWACU username and password. If you’re not a member, apply via swacu.org.

Consider a complete overhaul of your app...

My complaint is about the setup of the app. The arrangement of the app once your in could be better. I think it’s safe to assume that ppl want to know what’s in their checking before savings. Also, the print inside the app is small it’s hard to read.

SWACU I really like you but I’m seriously thinking about switching to another credit union for ease and functionality.

You may be losing customers over your app. Please reconsider better arrangement, setup, and/or a complete overhaul.

Just did my first transaction…

I just utilized the mobile app for the first time, and the first attempt failed as it said that the amount I entered didn’t match the amount detected. This was for the Colorado $750 tax refund. I did it a second time (changing nothing), and it went through, saying that it needed to be reviewed and the funds may take up to 7 days to be available. AFTER it went through, instructions on what should have been on the back of the check were listed. Seems pretty backwards. I was hoping to move my money from another bank to this higher interest account, but if these types of issues are pretty common (looks like they may be) based on other comments here, I probably won’t. I’m bummed for sure, as I’ve been excited to sign up since new hire orientation.

This is based on the SWACU's requirement to follow Regulation CC. Not As Efficient As The First One

1-The app needs to have the QuickView functionality that lets you see what you have in your account with a click of one button. 2-Please return the availability to do fast transfers. Having to search and then click at least four times to transfer money defeats the purpose of the app. I might as well use a computer. 3-Apple doesn’t allow for Fingerprint login, why not?? 4-In settings what does “Customize Your Online Banking Experience” mean? I clicked it and nothing happened...?? 5- What is the < button in the top left corner for? 6-The buttons/icons need to be bigger. The font is too small. These are just a few things that need to be changed. I agree with the other reviewer, I liked the old app better.
