SWTCH is one of North America’s leading EV charging networks with thousands of active chargers ensuring EV drivers get the charge they need. With the SWTCH app, you can find and favorite the SWTCH EV chargers located at your home, work or in your community, see if they are available and start charging.
To charge, simply enter in the Charger ID found on the front of a SWTCH EV charger into the app and click START CHARGING.

Findability & Booking Ease
Easy to find & book these chargers! On the map, simply search locations by zooming in and out. Your payment and vehicle info can be saved so that helps as well to not have to keep entering your information.
The address of the charger is listed, but no property name is listed. Navigation to the charger would also be great to have in-app.
Good user experience
Good user experience. They had a few bugs in earlier versions but they fixed them
A $10 wallet is charged when you create an account
Using SWTCH app, had to press Start charging 2-3 times but eventually started. Got 24kW at Two Rock. There is nothing here - not sure whether this is lighted at night. They charge $10 an hour - we got charged $10 for a wallet and out of that $1.48 for our session ($10/hr). Given that there are only 5 SWTCH stations in California, you’ll have to decide whether it is worth tying up $10 in the wallet.
