SyncUP DRIVE ‪™‬ 17+

I know that everyone is going crazy with not getting the Sync Up and Drive because it’s just another way for people and the government to track us. But the benefits outweigh the negatives. I have MS and when I push my help button on my phone my kids can see in real time where I’m at. It shows the street and immediate buildings. Just had my son put it in my car not even 2 weeks ago and already I needed to use it. I put my back out. Call in tears crying so hard they couldn’t understand me. My daughter in law was able to get me help because she could see exactly where I was. I’m so glad for this Tracker. I only wish I had one sooner. It’s now in all 4 vehicles I own. Thanks T-Mobile, that’s why I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years. I’m bedridden with my back currently and while I’ve been typing this it just notified me that my car is home. Now I can get food. Awesome. 5 stars all day every day.

I own a business and i have all of my employees cars in the app. Inicially i was using the old App, Sync Up Drive "Legacy" And everything worked more or less good. Recently this app came up and i decided to change to the new app and buy new devices because the old devices i used to connect to the cars are not compatible with this app. I spent over 1k in 10 new devices for my employees and i started using this new app. The experience was worst than with the old app, the cars are lagging all the time, the app is not smooth, when i open the driving history of a vehicle it takes up to 1 minute to load, when before it was loaded within 1-2 secconds... When a device is disconected from a vehicle and reconnected to the same vehicle: you need to set up the car like if it was a new vehicle, it takes a long time to recognise that it was the same vehicle... This app needs a big update so it will go back to how the previous app was. I guess for personal use with only 1 vehicle its ok, but for business use its not the best, i have dispatchers checking at employees locations every 10 minutes, so we use it A LOT, and its not easy how it was before with the old app. Allso there is no website version, only through apple store, it would be the best being able to login from a website. I will be more than happy to change this review if the developers get this issues fixed. Please Tmobile, fix it!

If you were originally using the sprintdrive device before we all unfortunately had no choice but to use this tmobile SD - 7000T1 device,- once sprint was bought out, you just may be another disappointed customer. Users of the original sprint device are the best people to tell you that this tmobile replacement device is No Way as good as the original Sprint device. Not even close. One of many disappointments is the fact that I can park my car, walk inside from my car port, put my keys on the kitchen table, an then the update to my phone tells me my drive has ended?!! Yes it’s really late. If anyone bumps my car, I won’t be alerted for at least 20-30 seconds later. The pardon may be gone. Same with the car tracking on the map, it’s soo behind. The “find gas” feature is a joke as this device does not partner up with GasBuddy so you may end up seeing gas prices outdated by a day or so. There’s much more bad news, but read more reviews from others. This tmobile SD-7000T1 device is a poor alternative to what really worked before.
