5 Stars is not enough
In a five star rating, T-Mobile customer service is an easy 11. We took the long way getting to T-Mobile having previous accounts with #verizon and #at&t, we are very clear on what bad customer service is like, but thankfully we switched to T-Mobile and couldn’t be happier. When it comes to customer support #2 Verizon and #3 AT&T are not even in the same league with #1 T-Mobile. Not only that, the reception is better than ever now with zero dropped calls or poor connections compare to the spotty coverage we previously had.
If you want to switch to the single best Cellular Provider, don’t wait, switch now to T-Mobile. We are on a first name basis with our dedicated T-Mobile support team which is specific to just the area I live in, not the whole country or the whole state. If we have a question or an issue we contact Elijah and he will fix it quick AND will call back with updates so I know exactly what is going on, and it’s alway the same great guy, Elijah handling it.
Have you ever had an issue with your cellular provider before? Did you receive calls every couple of days from the same person letting you know the status of getting it fixed and making sure everything is done correctly? If you want to be treated right and with respect and if you want a company that makes you feel like they care about you and that they want you to continue to use them for your provider, then you need to switch to T-Mobile, THE BEST one of them all.

There’s a lot of changes with a lot of companies that are offering even better plans w/ same or better coverage. I’m happy & have chosen to stay w/ T-Mobile out of loyalty. Plus I do see they are trying. My only issue is the same issue I’ve been saying for exactly one year & did what was asked and still got stuck with the same exact phone that I never wanted..except this one has actual me mechanical issues..it failed almost all of ur tests..but I can’t seem to get any help even though I pay $15/mo JUST for insurance on this phone. I’d really really appreciate if someone would PLEASE HELP. I also have jump and everything else and talked several people in my family into switching to T-Mobile & getting on the same plan. I’m an authorized user on the phone & in person at a store. Everywhere except online which is where it needs to be. Pls fix..my mother even was on the phone for many hrs & they fixed it but b/c I didn’t get the call it somehow didn’t go through. Enough. Pls help. She’s busy & is at work frm noon to after 9pm or later so help her by helping me. I pay for my phone/line/Insurace etc. There’s soooo much more but other than this ONE thing. Love T-MOBILE..thnx
T-Mobile beats Verizon performance in Houston’s Energy Corridor
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over ten years, but when I moved to a new apartment, Internet was nearly useless and even voice had insufficient signal (which after multiple service calls finally was confirmed by Verizon). Do not believe online signal coverage maps nor customer service agents who assert “good signal” (who I assume see the same maps), as maps apparently are based on tower locations and power rather than on ACTUAL signal testing by an on-location technician, which Verizon said they did.
Therefore, I tried T-Mobile (without yet cancelling Verizon — I forwarded my Verizon number to the T-Mobile number) and found acceptable signal (not often a full 4 bars, but always 2) for Internet and voice. Plus, Internet works during a call. Finally, T-Mobile costs less. So, I cancelled Verizon and ported my Verizon number to T-Mobile.
The only issue was that the T-Mobile number I got apparently had been reassigned too soon, as I got MANY calls and texts for the previous subscriber. T-Mobile does allow choosing a number for $17 at signup; I didn’t since I viewed the number as temporary, but I would recommend doing that.
