The TaHoma® pro app is built for both manufacturers, dealers/installers and recognizes the unique needs of each one separately! For manufacturers, we have a step-by-step process to configure motor settings and set end limits, saving time on the production floor. For dealers, commissioning projects and customizing the operation is much easier and less time-consuming.

Access the application by using your SomfyPro login credentials! For access, submit the form from the app or SomfyPro website.

CONFIGURE A TAHOMA
• Register a TaHoma switch to your SomfyPro account
• Pair products to the TaHoma switch with step-by-step guidance
• Quickly create rooms and scenes

TROUBLESHOOT A TAHOMA INSTALLATION
• View products paired to your client's installation
• Access error messages to provide troubleshooting tips
• Send a remote service request to access your customer's system

CONFIGURE AND MANAGE ZIGBEE PRODUCTS
• Configure Zigbee motors and controls directly from your device
• Connect to the customer TaHoma system to access product settings

NOTES:
• Apple HomeKit compatible for connected Zigbee products where applicable (does not support RTS installations)

App so buggy

The documentation for the zigbee motors with TaHoma switch is not updated to reflect what is on the app. There is no way to add “equipment” without adding a remote. Does not see plugs. Takes many restarts to see motors. When we clicked for service bc the TaHoma switch on an install would not pair after 4 hours on the phone with Somfy support, instead of sending a ticket it locked us out of Somfy pro app entirely and now we can’t help any clients and Somfy does not respond for 4 days. Horrible experience. Use a different manufacturer!!!
