App and board is great but soulless advertising

The app is great and the new board climbs really well! Pretty lame to have links to ads and stinking YouTube videos right in the app though. Shameless imo.

@summer4prez ,

Not updating beta videos?

I’m not sure how the process to link beta videos from IG works, but it seems not to be happening at all. I’ve submitted some videos for climbs that have none currently and have come across videos for some that have none linked and after weeks those still haven’t showed up on the app. (Videos were appropriately labeled with the suggested caption). Sometimes it’s frustrating to be stuck on a problem and there is nothing linked when there might very well be something floating around out there OR to only have videos linked from people with a certain body type (largely tall white men), when there are videos out there of shorter climbers, women, etc that would be immensely helpful. Do better here Tension Board.

Training Made Easy

I spent years training on the Moonboard back when you had to print out each individual problem from their website, three-hole punch it, and put it into a binder if you wanted to access problems from the data base.

The way this app functions to make training better and more time efficient feels like cheating. The more I dig around the app and pay attention to all the features and small details the more impressed I am.
