Great mobile app, easy to use
The mobile app works great. Uses face recognition to log-in and is easy and convenient for mobile deposits. Would love to see the app updated more frequently but all in all a good app for a community bank.
Mobile Deposit Malfunction
I have tried to deposit my check into my account, but every time I tried it say to turn the app back to full screen mode because it can’t capture images in split screen. That makes no since to me because split screen mode would capture more of the information than it would in fullscreen. So I tried turning it back to fullscreen mode but there is no option hat would give me the ability to do so, I’ve tried turning my phone to both sides nothing happened. I’ve tried locking my screen rotation that didn’t work. I exited and closed the app that also didn’t work. Moral is nothing worked, fix the app so that the split screen mode works overall good app to use.
Good app, needs a little more
The notifications are lacking. All it does is direct you to go to the website to see what’s going on. It would be nice if it would tell you what the notification is maybe with a permission to do so but if I get a text that something has happened on my account I want to know what happened.
