Miki has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and her classes are both playful and approachable. Learn how to do yoga at home and build confidence to practice in a studio or on your own. Classes for every level, every body, and every need. New classes uploaded regularly!

BREATHWORK:
Learn different techniques of breathwork to increase energy, or relieve stress. Totally transformational!

MEDITATIONS:
This app is filled with meditations of all kinds for your every need. From morning to evening, from visualization to intention setting, we have you covered. No experience necessary, just the willingness to show up and receive.

AFFIRMATIONS:
Affirmations are a powerful tool to help you transform your mindset and beliefs. You’ll find new affirmations for every area of your life, from sleeping more deeply, to calling in more abundance. All you have to do is listen!

My Sanctuary

Miki is truly a spiritual healer and the most selfless soul who is determined to improve the wellbeing of others. Her compassion, care, and unconditional love creates an environment for true transformation. The How is an essential part of my daily self-care ritual. The variety of classes is curated to allow opportunity for everyone and their individual experiences, moments, and in-the-moment needs. The How is an accessible resource and tool that can appeal to everyone. It leaves me feel better and stronger (physically and emotionally) after every experience. Love Miki and this app!

HOW is this so AMAZING!?!! 😇

I’ve been practicing with Miki for over 5 years and I’m so happy to finally practice with her online and have all of her wonderful teachings in one place!! Her soft, friendly and loving voice are what truly help me sit through mediations!!! and then once it’s yoga time, her upbeat, fun flows are just the right amount of wiggle & boogie that my body needs!!
