Every time I need service for my car I never have any problem they do such a great job price is reasonable and I can stay with my car since it’s the only one transportation I have and I don’t stay too long so it’s so worth it and I can schedule my own time my own selection of what I want checked and they will tell me if it needs it or not and with whatever I need done price is always reasonable I recommend Tire plus I’ve never had any problem since I’ve been in Florida and that’s going on seven years to be exact I enjoy it thank you Tire plus for everything you do for us
Scheduling doesn’t actually work
I tried to schedule an appointment this morning for an oil change, only to get a call back later saying that the appointment system didn’t actually set anything up. Worse, there weren’t even appointments available today! What’s the point of having this on the app if it doesn’t even apply. To add insult to injury, when I decided to just call a different store to see about scheduling another appointment for today, I was able to do so… but when I arrived at the appointed time, it turns out the number listed for the store just goes to a scheduling line who don’t have access to the stores’ records! So yeah, I drove all the way to other store only to be told they had no availability for the next few days. I guess you just have to pray that there’s actually available times for oil changes.

Apologies for the problems getting an appointment made. The app, website, and stores all use the same appointment system. What you see in the app is what the stores see. The customer support agents (who you must have talked with) also see the same appointment information that the stores have. Unfortunately, not all stores recognize online appointments as they should. If you could let us know which locations you had this experience with we can reach out to them to address this behavior. I hope you were able to get your vehicle the service it needs. Thank you.
