Great Staff

I’ve been getting my oil changes and all of my car services here at this Tire Plus in Woodland land, the staff is always so friendly and very informative. They always make sure that I get my discount coupons upon payment, which I always forget if it wasn’t for them. Sometimes I get lucky and I get out fast and sometimes they are so busy that I have to stick it out, but… we can’t have everything :)so as long as the staff remains is nice and friendly, the place is clean, the bathrooms are clean, I’m a happy customer and so far it’s just been that.

Scheduling doesn’t actually work

I tried to schedule an appointment this morning for an oil change, only to get a call back later saying that the appointment system didn’t actually set anything up. Worse, there weren’t even appointments available today! What’s the point of having this on the app if it doesn’t even apply. To add insult to injury, when I decided to just call a different store to see about scheduling another appointment for today, I was able to do so… but when I arrived at the appointed time, it turns out the number listed for the store just goes to a scheduling line who don’t have access to the stores’ records! So yeah, I drove all the way to other store only to be told they had no availability for the next few days. I guess you just have to pray that there’s actually available times for oil changes.

Apologies for the problems getting an appointment made. The app, website, and stores all use the same appointment system. What you see in the app is what the stores see. The customer support agents (who you must have talked with) also see the same appointment information that the stores have. Unfortunately, not all stores recognize online appointments as they should. If you could let us know which locations you had this experience with we can reach out to them to address this behavior. I hope you were able to get your vehicle the service it needs. Thank you.

I have been a customer at this store for 25 years. They have always been sensitive to the the financial burden car repair can put on customers. They help me prioritize critical repairs for safety, and what I can delay until I can save for it or do on my own. They help me find deals and coupons so I can afford new tires or repairs. Always honest. Always good work. Always taking care of my safety, my car, and my budget.
